About the Women Veterans’ Health Program
The Women Veterans’ Health Program is here to help you. Our mission is to monitor and coordinate VA health care and programs for women Veterans. We strive to provide the best health care for women Veterans, including primary care, preventive health, gynecology, and maternity services. We are equipped to provide one-stop services in women’s health clinics at our VA medical centers.
We are also advocates for women Veterans and women serving in the military. We want to make sure that you receive due recognition for your service and are treated with dignity and respect inside and outside of VA facilities. We are spearheading a culture change campaign to increase recognition of female Veterans and the contributions women make while serving in the military.
